Methodology
Bayer Test Pads
Includes bilirubin, blood, glucose, ketones, leukocytes, nitrites, pH, protein, specific gravity, and urobilinogen.
Testing Algorithm:
If blood, leukocytes, or nitrites are present, or if protein is ≥30 mg/dL, microscopy will be performed at an additional charge.
